He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ruth Collins and Kenneth Bud Collins; his siblings, Carol Mullins, Ronnie Collins and Delbert Collins; and his close friend Regina Clark Jackson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Hurd, Jeanette Robinette (Cecil), Cathi Sensing (Barry), Betty Mullins (Stacy) and Kenny Collins (Becky). He is also survived by his brother; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
We will be following state mandated social distancing and occupancy.
