He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Baugh; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Baugh. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Jean Baugh; and his brothers, Jesse R. Baugh (Charlene) of Norton, Jeffery Neal Baugh (Sherry) and Joshua Franklin Baugh of Wise. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
We will be following State mandated social distancing and occupancy.
