He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolley Edward and Juanita Gilliam Stallard of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Stallard; his daughters, Kimberly Jo Stallard of Wise, VA and Bridgette Lynn Stallard of Wise, VA; his brother Mack Stallard of Sneedville, TN; and his brothers-in-law, David Harding of Appalachia, VA and Robert Hickox of Polk City, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the charity of ones choice.
