It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Meade (Wise, Virginia), who passed away on December 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John Mitchell Meade, Jr.; his parents, Sheldon E. Meade and Bureta M. Meade; his brother Sheldon Hugh Meade; and his brothers-in-law, Arnold Billings, James B. Wampler, Sanford L. Blanken, Billy Wayne Wampler, Tom Slemp and Ringo (Yorkie).
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Meade; his children, Amanda Meade Mullins (Jordan) and Michael Sheldon Meade; his siblings, Duane Meade (Christine), Rita Slemp, Linda Harvey (Adam), Lisa Jones (Gary), Joseph Meade, Libby Taylor (Walter), Lauren Belcher (Chuck) and David Meade (Cathy); and his sisters-in-law, Georgina Billings, Sharon Dellinger, Nancy Kay Wampler and Kathy Wampler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
