He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sifford Burnett of Wise, Virginia.; his children, Laura Fry (Mike) of Orangeville and Richard of Fergus; his grandsons, Sonny Burnett of Canada, Jules Burnett of Canada and Evan Fry of Canada; his sister Edie Whittaker of Stone England; and his stepsons, Aaron Sifford of Norton and Chris Yancey (Malissa) of Marion, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
