Carmel and Cole Henry of St. Petersburg, Florida.; his niece Everly Kate Riner; his uncles, Ray Carter (Mechelle) of Wise, Virginia. and Jeff Carter (Christine) of Wise, Virginia.; his aunt Annie Spurlock (Les); his siblings, Allison Carter, Ashley Hayes, Nicole Collier, Jeff, Zack, Chris Carter, Ava, Noah Stough, Alex Hayes, Kailee Adkins and Halle Collier; and his aunt Sue Bruner.
Due to Covid 19 affecting most of the immediate family, there will only be a graveside service.
We ask that in lieu of flowers due to the nature of the service that you perform an act of kindness or participate in activity that you know Jessie would have loved.
