He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Dean and Juanita Dean; and his brother Carlos Dean, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Angela Dean of Norton, VA; his daughters, Vanessa (Larry Blevins), Big and Carly (Alex); his grandchildren, Madison Blevins, Seth Blevins, Trinity Blevins, Zoey Blevins and Isabella Blevins; his great grandchild Kira Davis; and his sister Judy (Mike Greene). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
