She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Collins and Laura "Dewey" Collins; her husband Henry H. Maggard Sr.; her sons, Randy Maggard and Danna Brent Maggard; and her siblings, Earthel Mullins, Margie Wood, LouWanda Maggard, Mary Collins Bolling, Della Locke, Vencil Collins and Coy Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Wendall Maggard (Nathalie) of Davenport and Henry Maggard Jr. (Rebecca Maggard) of Wise, Virginia; her grandchildren, Randy Harold Maggard, Timothy Lee Maggard, Miranda Lee Maggard, Randy Williams, Tracey Reddick, Chris Puckett, Eve Butler, Billy Eugene Maggard, Nicole Fosmoe, Jason Maggard, Joshua Maggard, Jeremy Maggard, Clint Maggard, Henry Maggard III, Michael J. Byrd, Justin Maggard and Ryan Maggard; and her siblings, Margaret Nanney, Berry C. Collins (Annie Bell) of Machinpongo, VA and Arville "Junior" Collins (Marylyn) of Haines City, Florida. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.
