He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stallard and Hazel Stallard; and his siblings, Patsy Stallard, Fred Jr. and Tommy Stallard.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Stallard; his children, Scott Stallard (Tina) of Kingsport, TN and Pam Mullins (Russell) of St. Paul, VA; his grandchildren, Jessica Monaghan, Jonathan Stallard, Drew Mullins and Mallory Mullins; his sisters, Joan Bentley of Pound, Judy Duncan of Wise and Linda Gary of Delaware; and his friends, Ken Thomas, Bill White, Rob Weatherly, Frank Brewer, Clay Shelton and Joey Hale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
