With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys E Cox (Wise, Virginia), who passed away on January 3, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Cox Sr.; her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Cox, Edith Gertrude Cox and Nancy Nadine Taylor; and her parents, Walter Roberts and Agnus Salyers Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, William "Billy" Cox Jr. (Roxie), John W. Cox (Tammie), Thurman "Hunk" Cox (Steva), Carolyn Underwood, Anita M. Jones, Margaret Powers and Teresa Salyers (Scott); and her brother Lester Roberts. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
We will be following State mandated social distancing and occupancy.
