He was predeceased by: his daughter Brandi Nicole Miller; his parents, Robert Miller and Lauraine Miller; and his siblings, Glenn Miller, James Miller and Betty Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Miller; his son Philip Miller (Chezney); his siblings, Rex Miller (Arlene), Roxie Cox (Bill) and Loretta Boggs (Doug); and his sister-in-law Gail Miller. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at the Miller Family Cemetery.
