He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Mullins and Clara Mullins; and his sister Burdella Stidham. He is survived by: his wife Susie Mullins; his children, Jake Mullins (Bridgette), Jessica Mullins (Rodney), Jennifer Mullins and Julie Bates (Jarrod); his stepmother Ruchelle Mullins; and his siblings, Larry Mullins (Juanita), Leon Mullins (Sharon), Bernard Mullins (Kay), Carroll Mullins (Tammy), Terry Mullins (Misty), Brian Mullins (Latisha), Inez Mullins, Frances Large (Jack) and Susie Roberts (Dennis). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Homes (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Everett Mullins Cemetery.
