He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Mullins and Bertha Mullins; and his siblings, Quillen, Ross Mullins, Edith Beverly, Annis Dale, Zelma Pattillo and Nancy Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne McConnell Mullins; his son Matthew Mullins (Dana); his granddaughters, Savannah and Isabella; his daughter Sarah Lane (Jarred); his grandson Benjamin; and his siblings, Hampton Mullins, Charles Henry Mullins (Susie) of Uniontown and Grace Allio of Wise. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
