He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Wellington and Eva Davis Culbertson; and his siblings, Amerine B. Culbertson, Sarah Collyer, Macie Vincer, James Culbertson and Benjamin Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Culbertson of Lexington, KY; his sister Carolyn Culbertson; his children, Ronnie Culbertson (Glenda) of Wise, VA, Eddie Culbertson Jr. (Janet) of Knoxville, TN, David Culbertson (Peggy) of Paducah, KY and Ursula Mullins (Jason) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Adam Culbertson (Diona) of Mission, TX, Andrea Smith of Knoxville, TN, Seth Culbertson (Bethany) of Honolulu, HI, Heather Spetar (George) of Oak Ridge, TN, Miranda Mullins of Lexington, KY, Katherine Armstrong (Jason) of Paducah Kentucky and Evan Culbertson of Paducah, KY; and his great grandchildren, Hawk Culbertson, Haley Smith, Ethan Smith, Avery Culbertson, Coy Culbertson, Cade Spetar, Collier Spetar and Christian Spetar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to a donation to one of the following in his honor: Alzheimer's Association, Parkinson Research Foundation or the American Heart Association.
