He was predeceased by: his father Gary Bruce Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Wiles Johnson of Wise; his daughter Alyssa Grace "Sis" Sturgill of Wise; his siblings, Scott Allen Johnson of McRoberts, KY and Lori Lynn Holbrook (Kevin) of Parkers Lake, KY; his mother Helen Davis Johnson; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by nephews and great nephews.
