We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charlotte Powers (Wise, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Richard Powers; her parents, William Carl and Alta Blanche Lane Yates; and her brothers, Daryl Yates, Billy Yates, Tollie Yates and Emory "Butch" Yates.
She is survived by: her son Richard Carl Powers; and her siblings, Judy Sexton, Eddie Yates and Steve Yates. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
We will be following state mandated social distancing and occupancy.
