We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, Cathy Blanton (Wise, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Cathy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cathy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Perry and Lee Perry; her significant other Jack R. Blanton; and her brothers, Roger and Leroy (Leon Barnette).
She is survived by: her son Jeff Blanton; and her siblings, Judy Greene, Elita Higginson, Sherry Sowards, Allen Perry and Eddie Perry.
In lieu of flowers or food, please make a donation in Cathy's honor to an organization that helps people in their hour of most need to honor her tirelessly giving spirit and teachings that will last well past her brief time on this earth.
