He is survived by: his mother Vicky Steffey Hall Taylor; his children, Levi Hall of Abingdon, Virginia, Coy Hall of Abingdon, Virginia and Aliyah Hall of Abingdon, Virginia; his stepfather Joe Vance of Honaker, Virginia; his sister Jennifer Skorupa of Honaker, Virginia; and his aunts and uncles, Rev. Bob Steffey, Newton Steffey (Pam), Billy James Steffey, Tommy Wayne Steffey (Carolyn), Ann Creech and Mary Townes (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
