He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Marie Rice Tingley of Whittier, CA and Robert Leon Rice of Alanreed, TX; and his sister Myrtis Rice Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Patricia Rice of Wise, Wesley Rice (Diane) of Warrenton, VA and Kelly Rice (Anne) of Sweetwater, TN. He is also survived by 4 foster daughters, 4 grandchildren, 10 foster grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous foster great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
