She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dale; her son Wayne Dale; and her parents, Elbert Mullins and Bertha Mullins. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Dale; her grandchildren, Anthony Dale and Angela Dale Davis (Ford); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Gabriel and Allison; and her siblings, Grace Allio, Hampton Mullins, Charles Henry Mullins (Susie) and Edgar Mullins (Jeanne). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
