She is survived by: her mother Carlena Taylor Starkey; her brother Kenneth Monroe Starkey (Debbie Starkey); her nephew Shawnel Preston (Brianne Preston); and her great-nephews, Xavier Preston and Myles Preston. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends.
