She was predeceased by: her parents, Ozzie Altice and Eva Altice; and her siblings, Elizabeth Mitchell, Helen Kelly and Wilford Altice.
She is survived by: her brothers, Clayton Altice (Flora) and Herbert Altice (Estelle); and her nieces and nephews, Ann Walker (Roger), Tammi English (Henry), Cynthia Hyler (Harold), Sonja Hyler (Keith), Mike Altice (Gwen) and John Altice (Stacey).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Red Valley United Methodist Church (30 Red Valley Road, Boones Mill, VA 24065) in her honor.
