He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Edna Sink; his son-in-law David Douthat; his great grandchild David Ray Douthat; and his siblings, Alfred Sink, Paul Sink, Wilsie Sink, George Sink, Johnnie Sink, Maude Sink, Roxie Sink, Cornelia Sumpter and Melva Watson.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Sink Douthat; and his grandsons, Michael Douthat and Christopher Douthat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
