She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Buddy Helms) and Patrick Patsel; her grandchildren, Kelli Mayhorn, Tiffani Shepherd, Danielle Martin, Jason Patsel and David Hardy; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mason Martin, Remington Shepherd, Emma, Kaelah, Collin and Elliot Mayhorn.
