He was predeceased by: his parents, Nash Alvin DeHart and Maggie Hodges DeHart; and his half-brother Timothy Lee DeHart. He is survived by: his son Bruce Alvin Harris of Danville; his sister Cathrine Sue DeHart of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his half-siblings, Keith N. DeHart of Stuart and Karen DeHart Setser of Stuart.
