She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morgan Harris, Sr. and Marjorie Dunning Harris. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Douglas Carter, Jr. and Matthew Nathan Carter; and her siblings, John Jr., Roger, Bobby and Renita. She is also survived by two grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
