He is survived by: his mother Maggie Hughes Ballowe; his children, Amanda Allen (Trampas) of Winginia, Kenneth Ballowe, Jr. (Marissa) of Winginia and Shannon Kidd (Brandy); his sisters, Florence B. Wright of Dillwyn and Mary B. Londeree (Charles) of Wingina; his grandchildren, Trey, Trevor Carter, Easton, Bryson Allen, Stephanie, Kyle, Kingsley Ballowe and Dylan Kidd; and his great grandchildren, Kayli and Olivia Kidd.
