We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2020, at the age of 93, Julia Ramsay of Wingina, Virginia, born in Sarasota, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merril Dross and Alice Dross; her husband William James "Bill" Ramsey; her daughter Cassandra R. Kitchen; and her grandchildren, Amanda Ramsay and Mickey Kitchen. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
