It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Burnley Adams of Wingina, Virginia, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Juanita McCormick and Samuel Lynwood Gunter; her daughter Wanda Burnley Stinson; her son-in-law Kirby Lewis Stinson, Jr.; her son Danny Ray Burnley; her siblings, Walker Gunter, Linda Mays and Sylvia Gunter; and her son-in-law John William Childress, III.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Burnley Childress (Gary Albert), Rebecca Lee "Becky" Burnley of Wingina, Diane Burnley McCormick (Richard Keith) of Gladstone and Wayne Burnley of Wingina; and her siblings, Billy Wade Gunter (Peggy) of Gladstone and Debbie Ann Fielder of Monroe. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
