He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Keeter Garris; his daughters, Susan Lynette Flemmons (John) of Glen Allen and Amy Leigh Garris of Smithfield; his sisters, Nelda Copeland (Johnny) of Windsor, Emogene Babb (Jimmy) of Orbit and Nola Mumford (Roger) of Windsor; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Irene Flemmons, Garrett Wesley Flemmons, Samuel Mason Weaver and Wesley Garris Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
