He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Eanes and Otis Eanes. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his sons, Sean Thomas, Phillip Alan and Addy; and his sisters, Debbie Eanes and Becky Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
