She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Quentin and Colleen Rhodes Williams (John Wendell Rhodes Sr.); her siblings, John Wendell Rhodes Jr. and Susan Skinner; her son Glenn Louis Case; and her brother-in-law Hank A. Drake.
She is survived by: her husband Harry L. Ramsey; her daughters, Jamie Casey (Terry) and Lisa Case; her siblings, JoTee Drake, Bonnie Edwards and Joseph Tran Rhodes; and her grandchildren, Sebastian Brock, Harley Casey, Kevin Rawlings Jr., Nena Case and Damien Casey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
