He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee Collins and Blanche Parker Collins Cox; his brother Corky Collins; and his stepfather Carlton Cox. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Scott Collins; his children, Angelann Jean Collins and Stephen Craig Collins, Jr.; his grandson Michael Stephen McClurg; his siblings, Cindy Stutz (Woody) and Harvey "Rocky" L. Collins, Jr. (Linda); the mother of his children Vickie Jean Collins; his parents-in-law, Nancy C. Scott and Calvin Riddick; his siblings-in-law, Willis Scott (Tammy), Randy Scott (Janet), Jeff Riddick (Cara), Sheila Stalling (Darden) and Donna Riddick; and his brothers, Mike Wright (Dianna) and Joe Bryant (Tammy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
