It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Dianne Pond of Windsor, Virginia, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Carlise Johnson and Geneva Meade Johnson; and her husband George Daniel Pond. She is survived by: her nieces, Jessica (Damon), Candice (Jordan), Miranda (Joseph), Jessie (Jon), Sarah (Brian), Beth (John), Kristie (Bill) and Amber (Dave); her nephew Michael (Melissa); her sisters, Julia Brooks (Eddie) and Jerianne Epps (Wayne); her siblings-in-law, Betina Kusiak (John) and David Pond (Michelle); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Wyatt, Kennedy, Prestley, Jane, Freyja, Landon, Christian, Connor, Addison, Bella, Jamie, Peyton, Gabriel, Teddy, Ollie and Lily; and her pets, Buddy and Sasha.
