He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Bailey, Jr. and Rose T. Bailey; and his wife Teresa Blakley Bailey. He is survived by: his sister Theresa Burden; his son Quinton Blakley (Chelsey); and his grandchildren, Quinton Blakley, Jr., Michaela E. Blakley, Abbygale G. Blakley and Alexys R. Blakley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
