Brackett of Windsor, Virginia, born in Rumford, Maine, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Brackett and Alice Brackett; and his siblings, Vivian Flanders and Daniel B.. He is survived by: his siblings, Cecile Newell, Bettina Sirois, Vincent G Brackett (Shirley) of Charles City, VA and Lynn Brackett (Elizabeth) of Lady Lake, FL; and also David Cook of Livermore. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews, and many friends.
