She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goode and Marnie Wills Roberts of Windsor; her husband John J. Rhodes; and her siblings, Olivia Robinson, Elsie Duke and John Goode Roberts, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn R. Vaughan (Marion), Bettie Jean Stephenson (Lawrence) and John J. Rhodes, Jr. (Yola). She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends in the church one hour prior to the service and suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to Colosse Baptist Church.
