As Martha Rose Burton departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Martha Rose Burton. Though Martha Rose Burton may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Jeffries Burton, Jr. and Barbara Ann Rose Burton; and her stepdaughter Diana Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Norman Chapman; her stepson Brian Chapman; her siblings, Bobbie Burton and Jeff Burton (Paula); and her nephew Ashby Burton.
There, she led her team of healthcare professionals through the Covid pandemic.
