He is survived by : his wife Sandra Kaye Baines Spivey; his children Jonathan Baines Spivey and Lauren Alexis Spivey Levwood; his granddaughter Haya Sophia Levwood; his brother Shelton Aubrey Spivey, Jr. (Gail); his niece Brandy Gail Robbins (Brian); his nephew Rev. Clint Christian Spivey (Jenny); his great-nieces, Gwendolyn Carter Spivey and Eleanor Leona Spivey; and his great-nephew William Rowland Spivey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) or to the Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
