He was predeceased by: his parents, William Emmett Pulley, II and Lilian Estelle Atkins; and his brother William "Billy" Pulley, III. He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Wheeler (Matthew) and Rachel Miller (Marc); his grandchildren, Ella, Callan, Clayton, Max, Madison and Reagan; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Foster (Charles) and Thomas Pulley (Betty).
