She was predeceased by: her spouse Claude Thurman "Tom" Parker; her parents, Crawford B. Joyner and Elizabeth Merle Uzzel Joyner; and her sister Nettie J. Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Jeannette P. Fritts of Windsor, VA, Jeffrey Wayne Parker (Pam) of Spotsylvania, VA and Joseph Claude Parker (Gwen) of Culver City, CA; her siblings, Merle J. Monahan of Ivor, Gloria J. Eppler of Oklahoma, Linda J. King of Ivor, Harold Massey Joyner of Ivor and Crawford B. Joyner, Jr. of Wakefield; and her grandchildren, Matthew Fritts, Paige Fritts, Jerry Chapman (Chelsea) and Aaron Warner.
