He is survived by: his children, Levon Carr Calloway (John), Travis Bracey (Ann), Gwen Chapman (Pete), Kit Ward (Jeff) and Laura Carr; his siblings, Frances Pettit and John E. Carr (Mae); his siblings-in-law, Pat Carr and Robert Butler, Sr.; his grandchildren, Brandii (John), Krystal (Will), Shane (Jordan), John (Sarah), Bryan (Shelby), Tyler, Troy, Hunter and Forrest; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ally, Jaxon, Gabby, Johnny, Adalyne, Jase, Wyatt, Lynnleigh and Lennon; his close friend Nancy O'Berry; his sister-in-law Nancy Foster; and his caregivers, Carolyn, Mary, Shannon and LaToya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
