Askew (Chad Collins) and David Earl Askew (Mallory Host); his grandchildren, Jocelyn A. Velezquez, Abby Collins and Katie Collins; his great grandchild Jasper; his sisters, Barbara Ann Settlemyer and Doris Lee Snyder; and his brother-in-law Ronnie.
