He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee Flemming, Jr. and Frances Cornelius Maloney Flemming; and his son Joshua P. Flemming. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" A. Flemming; his children, Ned L. Flemming (Diane), Noah T. Flemming (Ashley) and Hannah E. Poindexter; his grandchildren, Addison, Yvaine, Lee Michael, Jack, Leah and Bekah; and his sisters, Kate, Sheila (Alan) and Mary (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Windsor Congregational Christian Church (4 N Court St, Windsor, VA 23487).

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Windsor Youth Foundation.
