He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bracey and Gladys Grant Bracey of Windsor; his son Brian; and his brothers, Robert, Clyde Jr., William and Tyrone.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Byrd; his sons, Grant and Mark; his daughter-in-law Angeles; and his sisters, Frances Gray, Leona Jones, Evelyn Scott, Betty Richardson, Judith, Janice Scott, Barbara Redd and Glenda Carr.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Christian Church Food Pantry.
