He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Eula Winslow; his daughter Patricia Sue Winslow; and his siblings, Glenn Winslow, Stanwood Winslow, Jeanette Jordan, Catherine Oliver and Evelyn Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Jean Ebersole; his children, Jan Winslow Cantrell (Clifford Cantrell) of North Carolina and Julie Winslow Morris (Quinn Morris) of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Anna Cantrell Graf, Sarah Cantrell, Jinna Morris and Alex Morris.
