He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Woodhull Baker, Sr. and Mary Bryson Smith Baker; his wife Phyllis Ford Moulden of Winchester; his children, Stephen Woodhull Baker of Arlington, VA and Elizabeth Woodhull Baker Grimes; his son-in-law Thomas Andrew Grimes of Pennington, NJ; his grandsons, William Woodhull Grimes and Jackson Ford Grimes; and his sister Elizabeth Baker Hopkins (Robert) of Charlottesville, VA.
