With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Kenney of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Campbell; and his siblings, Ruby Rosenberger, Grace Atkins, Manley Cletus Campbell and Russell Myer Campbell.

He is survived by: his sister Irene Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
