It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Scruggs Sr. of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Patty T. Scruggs (Collins); his son Scott Tumblin; his stepdaughter Paula Clark; his grandchildren, Patrick Seal, Ryan Seal and Brianna Tumblin; and his sister Dixie Riggleman (Tinker). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
