He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Eliot and Mignon Eliot; and his siblings, Henrietta Garstka, Calista Hamill, Theodore Eliot, Jr., Andrew Eliot and Michael Eliot.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Benitez (Alex) of Lovettsville, VA; his grandchildren, Katie Hill of Front Royal, VA, Amy Jordan (Tyler) of Farmington, NM, Anna Wislocky (Devin) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Thomas Benitez of Fort Branch, IN; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Ainslie, Jake, Allison, Beckett and Cooper.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Warner to the Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury (SVWC) Employee Appreciation Fund.
